FLAVORFULLY FILLED CAKES

For an exciting variation of the classics, add a specialty filling between the cake layers. Allow us to recommend:

Raspberry or Apricot Coulis (a sweetened puree)
Specialty Butter creams incorporating any fruit, nut, or Liqueur flavor such as: Lemon, Raspberry, Mocha, Hazelnut, Almond, Orange, Rum, Grand Marnier, Kaluah, Amaretto or even Pina Coloda.
Chocolate Ganache - with out a doubt it's the best truffle filling available! We offer dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate and mocha.
Seasonal fresh fruit accompanied by a liqueur buttercream.
