CHEF'S VIENNESE SWEET TABLE

This is a first-class departure from traditional wedding cake
fare. Consider offering your guests an incomparable array of wickedly wonderful
desserts for them to indulge themselves in. The items listed below cannot be
structured into a traditional wedding cake presentation. Instead, we create a
gorgeous display often using a small version of a classically decorated all
white cake as a bridal cake centerpiece for the dessert buffet. It is our
experience that a minimum of 30 servings of each separate type of cake is
presented as well as a minimum of 30 individual mini-pastries per flavor is
provided. Cookie trays are always well received and should be part of the total
Viennese Sweet Table purchase.

Each tray has 50 pieces, serving 25 guests, 2 pieces per person. We reserve the
right to design a complimentary selection of these yummy treats. Options
include biscotti, chocolate chunk chip, hazelnut butter, honey-oatmeal, puff
pastry palmiers, raspberry turnovers, rugelach, spritz rings, cherry or apricot
mirror cookies, double chocolate truffle squares and chocolate dipped
strawberries.
